Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During high-volume releases or restocks, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or text. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Pre-Orders
If your order contains a pre-order item, it will ship once that item becomes available. All items in the same order will ship together unless stated otherwise.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional help, email us and we’ll do our best to assist.

International Shipping (Optional – delete if not needed)
International delivery times vary by location. Import taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
